After BJP MP Saroj Pandey's threat to gouge out eyes, Malayalees responds with #GougeDa

BJP leader Saroj Pandey on Sunday threatened CPI (M) cadres that if they continue to stare at BJP-RSS cadres in Kerala, then their eyes will be gouged out, and that too in their own houses.

However, her statements didn't go well with Malayalees and responded with the hashtag #GougeDa.

The campaign started by some social media users in response to statement by a BJP leader which turned out to be popular on Twitter.

The Twitterati posted picture of sunglass-wearing celebrities and memes stating that it was their response to the gouge comment.
