7 killed in landmine blast in Aurangabad, Maoist hand suspected
Aurangabad, Oct 17: At least seven people were killed in landmine blast by suspected CPI (Maoist) squads in Khudwan, Aurangabad district on Thursday evening.
Villagers around the site of the blasts said that seven bodies were found near the wreckage of the Tata Safari vehicle. The victims were travelling in the vehicle at the time of the blast.
The attack looks like it was well planned as he landmine had planted in the middle of the road and was set off as soon as the vehicle passed over it.
