2024 Opinion Polls: Can BJP Repeat 2019 In 2024 In UP, Bihar And Hindi Belt?

The BJP is predicted to perform well in the Hindi heartland if the Lok Sabha polls are held today, according to the India TV-CNX poll.

The saffron party is predicted to bag 175 seats from its stronghold of the Hindi heartland. Although it is predicted to lose a few seats from most of the seats, its performance in Uttar Pradesh is expected to recover the minor losses from the states such as Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab.

In Uttar Pradesh, the party had won 71 but it was reduced to 62 five years later. However, the party is expected to bounce back by bagging 73 seats, its best-ever performance.

The survey has predicted that the BJP government will return to power with a bang. Yes, Narendra Modi will get his third term and the saffron party although it might lose a few seats.

According to the opinion poll, the NDA may get 318 seats in the 543-member Lok Sabha. The BJP will get 290 on its own. It means 13 seats lesser than it bagged in 2019 polls. The results were announced by the channel on its special show 'Desh Ki Awaaz'.
