2 women fight burglars with chilli powder in Bihar, 4 held
Patna, Feb 9: Two gutsy women with handful of chilli powder can be deadly! A group of criminals in Bihar's Darbhanga district learnt this the hard way when they tried to break into a house at Ashfir colony, police said on Tuesday, Feb 9.
Archana Jha and her daughter threw dry red chilli powder at the criminals while they were trying to break the main door of their house at Ashfir Colony near Darbhanga city on Monday.

"By using chilli powder, they managed to keep the criminals at bay for over half an hour and in the process got enough time to inform the local police," a district police official said.
Police in Lahariya Sarai later arrested four criminals, against whom a case were lodged on Jha's complaint.
