UAE Workers' Thailand Trip: A Company's Unbelievable Gesture!

Indian Company Treats UAE Workers to Unforgettable Thailand Holiday for International Workers’ Day. In a remarkable gesture of appreciation, UAE-based Indian company World Star Holding celebrated International Workers’ Day by sending ten of its top-performing workers on an all-expenses-paid vacation to Thailand.

At a time when many companies are reducing employee benefits due to economic pressures, World Star Holding continued its long-standing tradition of honoring workers who have shown exceptional dedication and commitment throughout the year.

The selected employees were chosen from a workforce of more than 20,000 workers employed across the UAE’s construction sector. Before their departure, the winners were honored with the company’s prestigious "Star Performer of the Year" award during a special ceremony held at the company headquarters in Sharjah.

Chairman Nishad Hussain presented the awardees with Five Star Gold Medals, while Managing Director Haseena Nishad handed over certificates of appreciation. The ceremony was filled with emotion, especially for workers who have spent many years serving the company and supporting their families back home.

To make the experience truly memorable, World Star Holding carefully arranged every aspect of the four-day trip, including clothing, travel bags, accommodation, and sightseeing activities.

The workers began their journey from Dubai aboard the Emirates A380 to Bangkok, Thailand’s vibrant capital city. For many of them, it was their very first international leisure trip.

During the tour, the group visited some of Thailand’s most famous attractions, including the Golden Buddha Temple, the Marble Temple, Coral Island, Pattaya City, floating markets, and the iconic Maeklong Railway Market.

The trip was packed with unforgettable adventures. From speedboat rides and jet skiing to paragliding, banana boat rides, and underwater coral reef experiences, the workers enjoyed moments they once thought were beyond their reach.

The journey also gave them an opportunity to experience Thailand’s lively culture, delicious street food, and colorful entertainment scenes.

Senior worker Muniyan Palani described the experience as emotional and unforgettable. "I never imagined I would visit places like these in my life," he said.

Another worker, Ansarul Haq, expressed heartfelt gratitude toward the company and the UAE. "No matter how much we thank this country and World Star Holding, it will never be enough," he shared.

Scaffolder Akshay Kumar said his work in the UAE continues to support the future of his children. "My four children are studying because of my income here. As long as I remain healthy, I will continue working in this country with pride," he said.
