Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar Visits Balkampet Yellamma Temple, Finds No VIP Arrangement, Stages Protest

Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi on Tuesday sat on a road divider to stage a protest against bad arrangements done for the devotees coming to the Balkampet Yellamma temple. According to the reports, the Minister and Mayor visited the Balkampet Yellamma temple and found a lack of security arrangements and cleanliness. They said that there were no arrangements to control the massive footfall coming at the temple and no arrangements for the VIPs. They also complained of being pushed around by the devotees.

The anger was visible on the BC Welfare Minister's face who pulled up Collector Anudeep Durishetty, present at the temple directing him to fix the situation at the earliest.
