Revanth Reddy Launches 'Young India' Brand, Envisions a Youth-Driven Telangana

In a bold vision for the future of the state, Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy announced Thursday that "Young India" would be the hallmark of his administration. He hopes that this initiative will leave a lasting legacy, similar to what notable leaders like NT Rama Rao, YS Rajasekhara Reddy, and N. Chandrababu Naidu did in their respective eras.

Speaking during the Young India Police School's opening, the Chief Minister expressed his desire to use a number of ground-breaking initiatives under the "Young India" banner to mold Telangana's youth-driven future. He praised the contributions of previous leaders, citing NT Rama Rao's innovative subsidized rice program, YSR's massive irrigation push through Jalayagnam, and Naidu's role in transforming Hyderabad into an IT hub through HITEC City.

"I also want to be remembered for a forward-looking and development-oriented governance model," said Revanth Reddy, who once regarded Naidu as his political mentor.Even after more than a year in office, some critics question if I've established a brand for myself. However, I interpret that as an indication that they are still unsure of the scope of my goals. Today, I make it clear: "Young India" is my brand, and it embodies my dedication to the next generation, skill development, and opportunity creation," Revanth Reddy said.

He underlined that his Telangana government is establishing the groundwork for a new generation of empowered citizens, much as former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao is renowned for enacting comprehensive liberalization reforms that revolutionized India's economy. With firms that took part in the academic training taking the students straight into the workforce, the Chief Minister declared that the first group of students from the recently founded Young India Skills University had already secured 100% job placements. He claimed that this result demonstrated how strongly the government prioritizes employability and skills that are ready for the workforce.

Revanth Reddy elaborated on this goal by announcing the establishment of two additional significant institutions: Young India Sports University and a Sports Academy, which will offer Telangana's youth top-notch sports instruction and facilities. The Chief Minister also announced the opening of government-run nursery, LKG, and UKG schools as part of an effort to support early education. In an effort to assist working families while providing high-quality education and care for their children, these play schools will provide free transportation in addition to wholesome meals that include breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

Also, Revanth Reddy reiterated a major pledge made in the Congress election manifesto: the establishment of a special school for the offspring of police department employees. "This school is a small way of giving back to those who work day and night to keep us safe, and we remain committed to the welfare of every community that serves this state," he said.

Revanth Reddy is making a name for himself in Telangana's changing political narrative as a leader who is investing in the future, with a particular emphasis on inclusive growth and youth empowerment, as the "Young India" vision takes shape in the areas of skill development, education, and public service welfare.
