A Rapido Rider was reportedly forced to push his vehicle with his customer sitting on the two-wheeler after fuel ran out. A video of this incident has surfaced online.

As per the reports, the customer reportedly refused to get off the vehicle which made the Rapido Driver push his vehicle to the nearest petrol bunk.

The unusual incident occurred in Hyderabad. The reports in the Telugu media claim that a man had booked a Rapiod ride but the two-wheeler went out of petrol mid-way. The driver then asked the customer to walk to the nearest petrol bunk but the latter refused and continued to sit on the bike.

Without a choice, the Rapido driver was forced to push his vehicle to the nearest petrol bunk. However, Oneindia cannot verify the authenticity of the claims.

The video has met with strong reactions from netizens who slammed the customer for failing to show empathy. "Request you to give an incentive to this rider and immediately ban this user from your service forever," one user on social media said.

The second user said, "Nonsense customer no common sense to show basic humanity..The rider should kick him out." The third user added, "This is what happens when your heart is in the place of brain and brain is in place of heart.. heartless people..."

Another user claimed, "Rapido and all other companies should simply BAN this guy, BTW also need to check if this guy has any walking problem."

However, one netizen asked people not to jump to conclusion. "Did someone speak to either customer or rider? We r so quick to get to conclusion. Same thing happened with me and the rider was insisting i keep seated. He didn't listen even when I said i am fine to walk along. It's a diff matter i paid him full and walked 500m without waiting," the user added.
