Hope Amidst Crisis: Telangana CM Revanth Reddy Leads Efforts To Rescue Trapped SLBC Tunnel Workers
In a strong display of leadership and determination, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is set to visit the Srisailam Left Bank Canal (SLBC) tunnel collapse site today, as rescue teams push forward with unwavering efforts to save the eight workers trapped since February 22.
With the combined expertise of the Indian Army, Navy, NDRF, and SDRF, the mission has gained momentum, offering hope to anxious families.

A breakthrough moment in the operation came with the use of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) by the National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI), which successfully located four of the missing workers.
Rescuers are optimistic about reaching them by Sunday evening, marking a significant step forward in the operation. The Chief Minister's review meeting with officials will play a crucial role in steering the final phases of this high-stakes rescue.
The unwavering commitment of the Telangana government is evident, with four ministers, including N Uttam Kumar Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao, closely monitoring developments.
Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and Komatireddy Venkat Reddy have also visited the site, emphasizing the administration's hands-on approach.
Despite the complexities of clearing the debris, a ray of hope emerged as conveyor belt issues were partially resolved on Saturday, expediting the removal process.
The resilience of the rescue teams, coupled with cutting-edge technology and tireless coordination, underscores the state's determination to bring the trapped workers to safety.
As families wait with bated breath, prayers and efforts continue to converge on a singular goal-bringing the trapped workers back home.
With every passing moment, Telangana stands united in hope, resilience, and unwavering support for those caught in this ordeal.
