CM Revanth Reddy Inspects Necklace Road Site For Jyotirao Phule Statue
Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy inspected a proposed location for the erection of a statue of social reformer Mahatma Jyotirao Phule on Friday in Hyderabad's Necklace Road-IMAX neighborhood. The government's attempt to commemorate Phule's legacy on the anniversary of his birth included the visit.
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, MP Anil Kumar Yadav, TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, a number of MLAs, and other officials accompanied the chief minister. Revanth Reddy instructed authorities to conduct a thorough survey of the site during the site inspection and to submit a thorough report with a well-defined implementation plan.

He underlined that careful planning and design are necessary to prevent traffic jams and other annoyances in the area. Before beginning the statue installation, officials were specifically told to make sure that the plan addressed all civic and logistical concerns.
Earlier in the day, on the anniversary of the reformer's birth, the Chief Minister presented flowers to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule at his statue in Amberpet. The occasion demonstrated how the Telangana government has acknowledged Phule's contributions to Indian social justice and reform.
