Chandrababu Naidu To Finally Come Out Of Jail As AP High Court Grants Bail
N Chandrababu Naidu will finally come out of jail as the Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted him interim bail till November 24 on medical grounds in the skill development case.
"Andhra Pradesh High Court grants interim bail to Former Andhra Pradesh CM and TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu for four weeks, in the skill development case," ANI quoted High Court Advocate Sunkara Krishnamurthy in a tweet.

The Andhra High Court has ordered him to surrender on November 24. It will hear arguments on the main bail petition on November 10.

The Court has ordered him not to participate in any other program except visiting the hospital. The High Court has ordered Chandrababu Naidu not to participate in media and political activities.

Naidu was arrested on September 9 for allegedly misappropriating funds from the Skill Development Corporation when he was the chief minister in 2015, causing a purported loss of Rs 371 crore to the state exchequer. He has been under judicial remand in the Rajamahendravaram central prison, since then.
