Caught On Cam: KTR Nearly Fell Down From Campaign Vehicle

Telangana Minister and BRS leader KTR Rao nearly fell down from a vehicle during an election rally in Armoor in Nizamabad district. The incident was caught on camera.

The minister and fellow members were traversing a tight lane aboard a pink bus. Positioned on the bus roof, KTR nearly lost balance due to a sudden brake by the driver. Meanwhile, Suresh Reddy tumbled off the bus.

However, the campaign continued and KTR then left for Kodangal for the next stage of the campaign. Suresh Reddy suffered minor bruises in the incident.

Polling for the 119-member Telangana assembly would be held on November 30 and the counting of votes would be taken up on December 3.

Meanwhile, KTR, who is also the Working President of BRS, has spoken about the recent deepfake controversy involving Rashmika Mandanna.

At the Telangana Roundtable, KTR told India Today: "I saw it in the news about what happened to Rashmika Mandanna. It's truly atrocious to demean her and to go after someone like her who's a celebrity. It's deeply insulting and infuriating. Whatever regulations are to be brought, whatever stringent measures are to be brought in the form of legislation, we're happy to bring it in our state and hopefully, the Government of India will also play along and do the same."
