Allu Arjun Undergoes Medical Test, Will Pushpa Star Be Granted Bail On Monday?

In a recent development, Allu Arjun, found himself amidst a legal turmoil following his arrest related to an incident at Sandhya Theater during the screening of 'Pushpa-2'. The police have initiated a thorough investigation, ensuring that all legal procedures are meticulously followed. After his arrest, Allu Arjun was escorted to Gandhi Hospital for a series of medical examinations.

The incident that led to the actor's arrest occurred during a benefit show of his latest film. It prompted the authorities to take immediate action, with Allu Arjun being taken into custody and his statement being recorded at Chikkadapalli Police Station. Under the watchful eye of Central Zone DCP Akanksh Yadav, the actor underwent a detailed interrogation.

Following the police's protocol, after the interrogation at Chikkadapalli PS, Allu Arjun was transferred to Gandhi Hospital. The hospital's Superintendent supervised his medical tests, ensuring that the actor received a thorough evaluation. This step is a standard procedure in such legal matters, aimed at assessing the actor's health status before further legal actions.

The legal proceedings are moving forward swiftly, with plans to present Allu Arjun before a judge at Nampally court shortly. The police have assured the public that they are handling the situation with strict adherence to the law, emphasizing transparency and fairness in their approach.

Allu Arjun's Legal Trouble Deepens: Will Bail Be Granted Before Monday?

Reports indicate that police officials are expected to record Allu Arjun's statement today. However, there is no clarity on whether he will be arrested and sent to remand. An alternative option being considered is granting him station bail, allowing him to return at a later date for further proceedings.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered against Allu Arjun under Sections 105 and 118(1), along with provisions of 3/5 BNS. Section 105 is non-bailable, while Section 118(1), if proven, carries a potential jail term of one to ten years.

Notably, Allu Arjun was brought in for questioning on Friday. If the legal process is delayed and an arrest is made, bail may not be granted until Monday, as the court will remain closed over the weekend.
