Congress candidate from Kangra assembly seat in Himachal: Pawan Kajal
This time around he is contesting on the Congress ticket. In the 2012 elections, his victory margin over Congress’s Choudhary Surender Kumar was a mere 563 votes.
He is the son of Amar Singh. Kajal passed matriculation from HP Board Of School Education in In 1991.
Pawan Kumar Kajal for the first time elected to the Himachal Pradesh Assembly as an Independent candidate in 2012. Kajal initially was trying for the BJP ticket. This time around he is contesting on the Congress ticket. In the 2012 elections, his victory margin over Congress's Choudhary Surender Kumar was a mere 563 votes.
