Congress candidate from Jubbal Kothkai Assembly constituency for the Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections 2017 is Rohit Thakur. Rohit Thakur is the current MLA representing Jubbal Kotkhai Assembly constituency. In 2012 Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections, Thakur had defeated BJP's Narinder Bragta by 9095 votes. Narinder Bragta had won from this seat in 2007 when he defeated Thakur by 2824 votes.
