BJP candidate from Jubbal Kotkhai Assembly seat in Himachal: Narendra Bargata

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s candidate from Jubbal Kotkhai Assembly Constituency for the Himachal Assembly elections 2017 is Narendra Bargata. In 2012 Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections, Bragta had lost to Congress party's Rohit Thakur by 9095 votes. Narinder Bragta had won from this seat in 2007 when he defeated Thakur by 2824 votes.

Jubbal Kotkhai Assembly constituency is located in Shimla District of Himachal Pradesh. Both the towns Jubbal and Kotkhai are apple-rich areas.

Narinder Bragta's son, Chetal Singh Bragta, who happened to be a banker by profession, is supporting him with great social media campaigns which are impressive and catching people's attention.

Narinder Bragta is 65-years-old and a resident of Kothkai Tehsil in Shimla District.

According to myneta.info, Bragta is a post graduate and holds an MA in political science from HP University, Shimla.

His assets are worth over Rs three crore and he has one criminal case against him.
