BJP candidate from Doon Assembly seat in Himachal: Paramjeet Singh

Paramjeet Singh would be contesting Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections 2017 from Doon Assembly constituency on a Bharatiya Janata Party ticket. In 2012, he had contested the elections as an independent candidate and lost. His main opponent would be Congress' Ram Kumar, who is the current MLA representing Doon assembly seat.
According to myneta.info, Singh is 47-years old and a resident of Baddi tehsil of Solan district in Himachal Pradesh. He is a graduate and holds a BA from HP University, Shimla.
