Pawan Nayyar-BJP: Pawan Nayyar is the son of Late. Mohan Lal Nayyar. Pwan Nayyar graduated in B.A from Himachal Pradesh University. He is a contractor by profession and has no criminal cases against him.
Nayyar was a runner-up in the 2007 and 2012 assembly elections, as a Congress candidate. Also, he was the Secretary of Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee. A Former Congressman, he switched sides to BJP just one month before the election, after being denied the Congress ticket.
