When Abhishek Bachchan Thanked Aishwarya Rai For Raising Aaradhya: “I Get to Go Out And Make Movies”
Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai have always been in the public eye, with their relationship constantly analyzed by fans. However, their bond remains strong despite speculation, and Abhishek has often expressed his deep appreciation for Aishwarya's role in their family. In a past interview with *The Hindu*, the *Guru* actor openly thanked his wife for managing their home and raising their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, while he focused on his film career.
Speaking about his family dynamics, Abhishek said, "In my household, I'm lucky I get to go out and make movies, but I know that Aishwarya is at home with Aaradhya, and I thank her immensely for that. But I don't think kids look at it that way. They don't see you as a third person; they see you as the first person." He also reflected on the sacrifices parents make for their children, adding, "You climb mountains on one leg if you have to for your child."

Abhishek further acknowledged his mother, Jaya Bachchan, for stepping away from acting to focus on raising him and his sister, Shweta Bachchan. "My mother stopped acting when I was born because she wanted to spend time with the children. We never felt the void of dad not being around. I think at the end of the day, after work, you come home at night."
The Ludo actor also praised the efforts of mothers and women, stating, "What they do, nobody can." He emphasized the different ways fathers express love, saying, "A father does it all but quietly because he doesn't know how to express or demonstrate it. It's a flaw that men have."
Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, who tied the knot in April 2007, remain one of Bollywood's most admired couples. Their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, was born in November 2011. On the work front, Abhishek was last seen in I Want to Talk, while Aishwarya starred in Ponniyin Selvan 2.
