Another speculated on how Twitter would have reacted if it were Samantha getting engaged. Some even noted the emotional significance of August 8, rumored to be the date Chaitanya proposed to Samantha, adding to the speculation surrounding the timing of his new engagement.

The second user commented: "What if Samantha gets engaged today? How might the Twitter reaction be?" The third user said, "Okavela eroju Samantha engagement ayte time line motam 'L' word tho motha mogipoyediii kada."

Another netizen claimed that August 8 is the date Chaitanya had proposed Samantha. "It's the date sam proposed him.They wait for same date and engaged," the user added. One netizen claimed, "No hate for Sobhita 🙏❤️ But we love Samantha."

Despite the mixed reactions, one thing remains clear: while Chaitanya and Sobhita are moving forward together, Samantha's fans continue to stand by her, expressing their love and support online.

A photo featuring Naga Chaitanya with chef Surender Mohan, with Sobhita in the background, went viral before being deleted by the chef. In June 2022, a picture of the duo at a European wine tasting, shared on Reddit, fueled more speculation.

During a 2022 interview, Naga Chaitanya hinted at their connection by simply smiling when asked about Sobhita. Their social media activity, including separate photos from a jungle safari in April, also caught fans' attention.
