Vidaamuyarchi Box Office Collection Day 4: Ajith Kumar's Vidaamuyarchi has ended its first weekend at the India box office on a positive note despite opening to mixed reviews. Notably, the Magizh Thirumeni-directorial movie has managed to perform really well in its home territory Tamil Nadu on Saturday and Sunday.
Occupancy Rate On Sunday
On its fourth day, Ajith's movie recorded an occupancy rate of 37.04% for morning shows, as pe Sacnlik. The afternoon shows saw a notable increase to 54.73%. while the trend remained steady into the evening shows, with a 54.13% occupancy rate, before slightly dropping to 37.88% during the night shows.

How Vidaamuyarchi Performed In Chennai & Elsewhere?
As expected, Chennai registered the highest number of occupancy at 62.50% on Sunday. The Tamil Nadu's city had the highest evening occupancy of 75%. Coimbatore and Trichy followed closely with 51.75% and 59.75% occupancy, respectively, indicating strong performance in Tier-2 cities as well.
Other cities like Madurai and Pondicherry recorded occupancies of 46.50% and 46.25%, respectively. Outside Tamil Nadu, the response in Bengaluru was relatively lower at 21.50%, and the performance in Kerala cities such as Kochi (13.75%) and Trivandrum (8.25%) was even more subdued. Meanwhile, in Mumbai and NCR (National Capital Region), the movie recorded moderate occupancy rates of 35.50% and 23.75%, respectively.

Trade reports estimate that Vidaamuyarchi earned approximately Rs 13 crore (nett) on its fourth day, indicating that the film continues to maintain a strong hold at the box office.

The Telugu-dubbed version of the film, Pattudala, had a more modest performance in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
