Update On Sri Aka Shriram Natarajan: Actor Broken Over Non Payment Of Remuneration; Friends Come To Rescue

In the last few days, Sri aka Shriram Natarajan's posts on social media have caught the attention of the viewers. His posts indicate that he might be interested in creating adult content.

However, some felt that he is in depression and lack of opportunity might have made him vent out his frustration. Amid all the speculations about him, it is now said that he is struggling to come to reality over non-payment for his work.

Giving an update about Sri, industry insider Prashanth Rangaswamy said: "Update about Managaram Shri - he got mentally broken by non payment of salaries . Separated from family and is living alone for more than a year. His friends have managed to reach out and he will get help very Soon they said."

Meanwhile, producer SR Prabhu, in a post on X, said that they are trying to reach him. He said, "We ar genuinely concerned about the health and well being of Shri. His family and friends including us are trying to reach him for a long time. It is so unfortunate that there is so much speculation forming around it. But reaching Shri and bring him back to good health will be the first priority. Would highly appreciate if anyone can help us achieve that!"

A section of people had urged his friends including director Lokesh Kanagaraj to come to his help.

Sri began his journey with television serial Kana Kaanum Kaalangal on STAR Vijay. After failing to get a break in Balaji Sakthivel's Kalloori (2007), he got the opportunity to work in the director's drama thriller Vazhakku Enn 18/9 (2012) which had newcomers.

His performance was praised by critics and the movie won several awards including a National Award. His next big movie was Lokesh Kanagaraj's Maanagaram (2017). He later appeared in Bigg Boss Tamil 1. However, he quit the show after four days.

He has worked in movies such as Onaayum Aatukuttiyum, Soan Papdi, Vil Ambu, and Irugapatru.
