Sandalwood actress Soundarya Jayamala, daughter of veteran actress Jayamala, has tied the knot with Rishab in a grand ceremony held at Gayatri Vihar in Palace Grounds, Bengaluru, on Friday. The star-studded event witnessed the presence of several dignitaries from the Kannada film industry.

Celebrity Galore At Soundarya Jayamala's Wedding

Prominent celebrities, including Kiccha Sudeep with his wife Priya and Rocking Star Yash with his wife Radhika Pandit, graced the occasion, becoming the cynosure of all eyes. Additionally, many of Jayamala's close friends from the film fraternity attended the wedding, making it a memorable affair. Renowned music director Hamsalekha, along with noted personalities like Sara Govindu and M.N. Suresh, were among those who witnessed the grand wedding.

Haldi Ceremony

The wedding rituals had been ongoing for days, with various traditional ceremonies taking place in a lavish manner. The Haldi Shastra was held on Friday at the Lalit Ashok Hotel in Bangalore, where the venue was beautifully decorated with yellow flowers.

The pre-wedding celebration saw the participation of veteran actresses such as Shruti, Malavika Avinash, Sudharani, Umashree, Pramila Joshai, Girija Lokesh, Harshika Poonachha, Anu Prabhakar, Priyanka Upendra, Bharathi Vishnuvardhan, Hema Chaudhary, and Sudha Narasimharaju.

The veteran stars looked radiant in yellow attire, and their dance performances during the event have since gone viral on social media.

Soundarya Jayamala, who made a mark in the Kannada and Telugu film industries, acted in four films after making her debut in Upendra-starrer Godfather, a remake of Ajith Kumar's Tamil movie Varalaru.

However, Soundarya then bid goodbye to films and pursued her studies abroad at a prestigious university in London. Now, as she embarks on a new journey in life, fans and well-wishers from the film industry have showered her with love and blessings.
