Shivaraj Kumar To Appear On Amitabh's KBC Ahead Of US Visit?

Kannada actor Shivaraj Kumar is gearing up for an important journey as he prepares to travel to the United States for medical treatment. The veteran actor will depart for Florida on December 18 and is scheduled to undergo surgery on December 24.

Before leaving for the US, Shivaraj Kumar was scheduled to appear on the popular TV show Kaun Banega Crorepati, hosted by Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, reports in the Kannada media claim.

The shoot for the episode was planned for December 10 but was reportedly postponed due to Amitabh Bachchan's health issues. It remains uncertain whether the shoot took place.

The Kannada actor, in November, recently opened up about his health issues, saying, "I am also a human being, and I have a health issue. It has come, and I am getting treatment for it. I have about four sessions of treatment to complete." The actor's honesty about his condition has been met with an outpouring of support from fans and the industry.

Following the surgery, Shivanna will take an extended break from work to focus on recovery.

Last week, Shiva Kumar, along with his wife Geetha, visited the Sri Venkateswara Temple in Tirupati. The couple, joined by their daughter Nivedita and producer K.P. Srikanth, participated in a ritual of tonsuring their heads as an act of devotion and gratitude. Their heartfelt prayers have touched fans and highlighted the family's deep faith.

Despite his health challenges, Shivarajkumar has been active in his film career. His latest release, Bhairati Rangal, a prequel to the hit film Mufti, has been well-received, further cementing his legacy in Kannada cinema.

In addition, the actor has wrapped up shooting for his upcoming movie 45, directed by Arjun Janya and co-starring Upendra and Raj B. Shetty.

Meanwhile, the latest buzz in the media claim that Shivanna might host the Kannada version of Kaun Banega Crorepati. It was earlier hosted by Shivanna's later brother Puneeth Rajkumar.
