Sajid Khan Sells Mumbai Juhu Apartment For Rs 6.1 Crore
Director Sajid Khan has recently sold his apartment for Rs.6.1 crore, as per a transaction reviewed by Square Yards. The property is situated in the Beach House Co-operative Housing Society in Juhu, Mumbai.
Juhu, located on Mumbai's western coast, is known for its luxurious lifestyle and prime real estate. This affluent locality boasts a scenic beachfront and a lively atmosphere, with many high-end high-rises offering stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Its proximity to various upscale amenities makes it a sought-after address for celebrities, professionals, and businesspeople.

Sajid Khan's Career Highlights
Khan started his career in entertainment as the host of 'Main Bhi Detective' in 1995. He made his directorial debut with 'Darna Zaroori Hai' (2006), an anthology film where he directed one segment. Khan is best known for directing successful films like the Housefull series, 'Heyy Babyy' (2007), and 'Humshakals' (2014). He also served as a judge on the reality TV show 'Nach Baliye.' Recently, he participated in 'Bigg Boss 16' and finished in 10th place.
The apartment sold by Khan features a built-up area of 2,176 sq. ft. (~202 sq. m.) and includes a dedicated car parking space of 220 sq. ft. (~20 sq. m.). The transaction was registered in June this year, with a stamp duty of Rs. 36.6 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
