Rhea Singha Wins Miss India Universe, Raises India's Hope At Clinching Coveted Pageant Title In Mexico

Rhea Singha has been crowned Miss Universe India 2024 and will represent India at the global Miss Universe 2024 pageant. The grand finale, held on Sunday in Jaipur, Rajasthan, was a night filled with excitement as the 19-year-old from Gujarat claimed the prestigious title.

Rhea, who describes herself as a 'TEDx Speaker | Actor' in her Instagram bio, couldn't contain her joy after her big win.

Speaking to, she said, "Today I won the title of Miss Universe India 2024. I am so thankful. I have done so much work to get to this level where I can consider myself worthy enough for this crown. I am so inspired by the previous winners."

For the finale, Rhea dazzled in a shimmery peach-golden dress. During the swimsuit round, she confidently walked the stage in a metallic red bikini, while in the costume round, she wore a striking white-red-yellow dress with a veil, carrying a Shivling in her arms.

Miss Universe India 2015, Urvashi Rautela, who served as a judge, crowned Rhea with a special Taj Mahal crown.

Rautela expressed her pride and optimism for India's chances at the global pageant, saying, "The winners are mind-blowing. They will represent our country very well in Miss Universe, and I am hopeful that India will win the Miss Universe crown again this year. All the girls have been hard-working, dedicated, and extremely beautiful."

With her new title, Rhea Singha is gearing up to represent India at the Miss Universe 2024 competition, which will take place later this year.
