Rahul Vaidya-Virat Kohli Instagram Spat: Singer Trolls Kohli Over Avneet Kaur Like, Claims He Got Blocked
Another celebrity war has erupted on social media - this time, it's singer Rahul Vaidya versus cricketer Virat Kohli.
Rahul Vaidya recently shared a video mocking Kohli's explanation regarding a viral Instagram incident involving actress Avneet Kaur, and the post has taken the internet by storm. In the clip, Rahul takes a dig at Kohli's clarification where the cricketer had stated that he "accidentally liked" Avneet Kaur's post due to Instagram's algorithm.
Shortly after, Rahul claimed that Kohli had blocked him following the post. Taking to his Stories, he further alleged that Kohli's fans hurled abuses not only at him but also targeted his wife, actor Disha Parmar, and his sister Shruti Vaidya.

Rahul Vaidya Targets Virat Kohli
A while ago, Virat Kohli had liked a post by Avneet Kaur on Instagram, which sparked major backlash. Kohli later clarified that it was not intentional but a result of Instagram's algorithm. Rahul Vaidya seized this moment to share a humorous video, joking that if he ever likes someone's post, people should blame Instagram's algorithm, not him.
In the video, Rahul quips, "If any photo is liked from my end, please don't blame me. It's all the algorithm's doing." He then adds, jokingly, "If Virat Kohli has blocked me, maybe that too was Instagram's decision, not his." Rahul further mocks, "Maybe Instagram told Kohli-let me block Rahul on your behalf."
Rahul Hits Back at Kohli's Fans
Rahul didn't stop there. He also targeted Kohli's fans through his Instagram story, writing that "Virat's fans are even bigger clowns than him." He expressed anger over the trolling he received, claiming that not only he, but also his family members were abused. "If you're angry with me, say it to my face-but abusing my wife and sister? What kind of humanity is that?" he questioned.

Rahul ended his post by writing: "Virat's fans are two-penny clowns."
This controversy has ignited a fierce debate online. While some people praised Rahul for speaking up, Kohli's fans slammed him and trolled him aggressively, further intensifying the social media clash.
