Actor and celebrity chef Madhampatty Rangaraj, best known for his stint on Cook with Komali, has once again found himself at the centre of controversy. Fashion designer Joy Crizildaa, a stylist in Kollywood, has lodged a police complaint accusing him of cheating her after making her pregnant, as per Oneindia Tamil.

The saga began months ago when Joy publicly declared her relationship with Rangaraj, even sharing pictures of the two together, including one where he was seen wearing a necklace she gifted him. She later revealed that she was six months pregnant, sparking a storm of speculation. However, the posts were soon deleted, only to be followed by the filing of her complaint.

Joy, who has worked on styling Thalapathy Vijay in Jilla and designed looks for Vishal and Atharvaa in films such as Darling and Velaikkaran, was earlier married to director J.J. Frederick before the couple divorced last year. Rangaraj, on the other hand, was married to lawyer Shruti, with whom he has two children.

Reports also suggest that he has separated from his wife Shruti and their children, though there has been no official confirmation.
