As the news went viral, panic ensued among his fans. However, their shock soon turned to anger as it became clear that the news was a cruel hoax.

Prajwal Devaraj, alive and well, was busy with his multiple projects, including 'Karavali', 'Mafia', and 'Gana'. The actor, known for his charismatic performances, was taken aback by the fake news, as were his family members.

The Devaraj family, deeply upset by the hoax, are considering taking legal action against those responsible for spreading the false news. They expressed their displeasure to the media, urging fans to verify information before believing it.

The incident served as a stark reminder of the power and dangers of social media. While it has the ability to connect people and spread information rapidly, it can also be misused to spread rumours and misinformation.

37-year-old Prajwal, who made his debut with the Kannada film 'Sixer', is the son of veteran Kannada actor Devaraj.
