Now Will You Please Focus On What Is Important?: Prakash Raj Takes A Jab At Pawan Kalyan
Actor Prakash Raj has taken a jab at Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister, urging him to focus on governance after the Supreme Court reprimanded the Chandrababu Naidu government for politicizing the issue of alleged adulteration in the ghee used for making Tirupati laddus.
Without directly naming anyone, Prakash Raj tweeted, "Enough is enough. Now will you please focus on what is important to the citizens? #justasking." His comments follow repeated criticisms of Pawan Kalyan, who had made strong remarks regarding the laddu controversy.

The Supreme Court, on Monday, chastised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for conducting a press conference on the assumption that adulterated ghee was used in laddu preparation. The court stated, "We expect Gods to be kept away from politics."
In a press conference on 18 September, Naidu had alleged the use of substandard ghee, citing a central government lab report from July. The report was based on samples submitted by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) after complaints about the laddu's quality.
Justice Gavai questioned the rush to the media, asking, "Was the ghee sample, which did not meet standards, actually used in the laddus? What was the urgency of going to the press before concluding the investigation?"
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan, in an interview with Oneindia, expressed disappointment over Prakash Raj's remarks. Although he acknowledged his respect for Prakash Raj as an actor and a friend, Kalyan felt Raj's comments were unnecessary. "We differ on political aspects, but as an actor, I respect him. However, there was no need for him to comment on this matter," he said.
Pawan Kalyan also criticized what he called selective outrage by self-proclaimed secularists like Prakash Raj. He questioned why Raj had not spoken out about atrocities against Hindus in Bangladesh but chose to comment on Hindu-related issues. "Secularists like him find it easy to criticize Hindu society but are reluctant to comment on other religions," Kalyan remarked.
