Even Kajal Aggarwal's husband Gautham Kitchlu has liked the post.

In a post tagged to Dhanush, Nayanthara alleged that he refused to give an No Objection Certificate to use Naanum Rowdy Dhaan songs or visual cuts or photographs. She claims that he demanded Rs 10 crore

"The vengeance that you have been festering against the film, my partner and I, doesn't just affect us but the people who have given their effort and time towards this project. This Netflix Documentary about me, my life, my love and marriage includes clips of many of my industry well-wishers who have graciously contributed and memories from multiple films, but sadly does not include the most special and important film, Naanum Rowdy Dhaan," she said in an open letter.

Nayanthara expressed her disappointment, calling Dhanush's actions "an all-time low." She stated, "What's even more shocking is the legal notice you sent following the release of the Netflix documentary trailer. We were stunned to read that you questioned the use of certain clips (just three seconds) that were taken from our personal devices, showing behind-the-scenes moments already available publicly on social media. To demand Rs. 10 crores in damages for those mere seconds is appalling and reflects poorly on your character. I wish you were half the person you present yourself to be at audio launches, where you preach values to your innocent fans. Clearly, you don't practice what you preach-at least, not in my case or for my partner."

She further questioned the overreach of producers, asking, "Does a producer become an emperor, controlling the lives, freedoms, and liberties of everyone on set? Must any deviation from their 'dictum' result in legal threats?"

Taking a sharp dig at Dhanush, Nayanthara remarked, "It's been nearly 10 years since the release of that film, yet you continue to harbor such hostility while maintaining a facade for the world. I haven't forgotten the hurtful comments you made about the film-a project that became one of your biggest successes as a producer and is still loved by audiences today. The things you said before its release left deep, unhealable scars. From what I've heard within the industry, your ego was deeply wounded when the film turned into a blockbuster. Your displeasure was evident even to the public, particularly during award functions tied to the film, like Filmfare 2016."
