Mumbai: Bollywood Actor Janhvi Kapoor Admitted In Hospital

Bollywood beauty Janhvi Kapoor, who is popular for her mesmerizing looks and amazing dressing sense, on Thursday was admitted to HN Reliance Hospital in South Mumbai. According to the reports, Janhvi Kapoor has been diagnosed with food poisoning.

Media reports quoted a close source to Kapoor family stating that Janhvi ate something at the Chennai airport, and later fell ill.

Upon returning home, Janhvi's condition deteriorated, and her staff immediately took her to the hospital, where doctors admitted her as she looked weak and complained of pain in her stomach.

The source also confirmed that Janhvi's condition is stable and she will get discharged from the hospital in a day or two.

The diva recently completed the shoot for her upcoming film Ulajh starring Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Adil Hussain, Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang. Ulajh will hit the silver screen on August 2, 2024, and is helmed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sudhanshu Saria and story revolves around India's Deputy High Commissioner, who gets in a dangerous situation during her assignment at the London embassy.

Recently, Janhvi Kapoor described her film saying "it is special to me as I portray the very challenging role of a diplomat for the first time. It has been a humbling and fascinating experience. Working with Sudhanshu Saria has been incredibly enriching; he made me push my own boundaries. Suhana's character is strong and multi-dimensional, and I found a personal connection to some shades of the character that enabled me to deliver an authentic performance."
