Kingdom OTT Release

Netflix has secured the streaming rights for Kingdom. According to Deccan Chronicle, the movie is anticipated to be available on the platform by August 28. However, there is no official update on its release date, yet, even as fans eagerly await an announcement regarding the digital release.

Kingdom's Journey to Release

The film's release journey was marked by several changes. Initially slated for March 28, it was postponed to May 30 and then July 4 before finally premiering on July 31. Originally titled VD12, Kingdom carries the tagline: "From the shadows of betrayal, shall rise a king." Alongside Vijay Deverakonda, the cast includes Bhagyashri Borse, Satyadev, and Venkitesh.

In a success event, producer Naga Vamsi revealed that some scenes were omitted from the theatrical version. These include a song and a fight sequence which might be included in the OTT release. However, he didn't provide further details about these scenes.

The storyline revolves around a principled young man portrayed by Deverakonda who stands against corruption and power imbalance.
