Jayam Ravi Enjoys India-Pakistan Match With Girlfriend Kenisha In Dubai

Jayam Ravi, who is in a relationship with singer Kenisha, was spotted with her again on Sunday. This time in the UAE.

The couple had flown to Dubai to watch the India and Pakistan match, where the Men in Blue emerged victorious. A picture of them posing together for a camera has been shared by Kenisha herself on her Instagram page.

Going by her posts, it looks like Kenisha had gone to Dubai not to just watch the cricket match with her beau but for an event. They have been in a relationship for some time, even as his divorce proceedings with wife Aarti is on.

While the cricket match seemed to be a happy occasion, Kenisha's trip to the UAE was marred by a disastrous concert experience, which she detailed in a series of social media posts. The singer accused the event organizer, Ms. Merlin, who runs the company @connect_with_wit, of scamming her and several other artists.

In her posts, Kenisha alleged that Ms. Merlin failed to pay artists and musicians who performed at the event, including herself. She specifically named actress and host Anjana Rangan, who was reportedly not paid for her work or reimbursed for her food and travel expenses.

Kenisha also claimed that actress Priya P Varrier and singer Sublahshini were left without payment or support, and even actor Santa Santhanam was not compensated for his brief appearance.

According to Kenisha, the mismanagement extended to her own performance. She stated that travel arrangements for her five-piece band were poorly handled, with flight tickets and visas not secured until the last minute. Two of her band members were even turned away at the airport after a five-hour wait.

The four musicians who made it to Dubai were allegedly left waiting for hours at the airport without transport, forcing them to pay for their own taxis. Upon arrival at the hotel, no rooms had been booked for them. Kenisha mentioned that a friend, Amudhan from Scroll It Up Media, stepped in to help her team with accommodation.

Kenisha's Instagram stories also expressed her dismay at the "emotional damage" caused by the organizer's actions. She made a public appeal to all Tamil Sangams and other artist boards in the UAE to "ban this person and not allow her to ruin another artist's life." She concluded her statement by announcing her and her team's intention to report the incident to the Dubai government.
