Jayam Ravi-Aarti Divorce: Court Mediation For Troubled Couple

Tamil actor Jayam Ravi's divorce petition with estranged wife Aarti came up for hearing on Fridat at the family court in Chennai.

The actor was spotted coming out of the court. As per the reports, the judge has directed the couple to undergo reconciliation talks and adjourned the hearing.

Adding to the drama, Bengaluru-based singer and spiritual therapist Kenishaa Francis was drawn into the matter, with rumors linking her to the couple's split. Kenishaa has since denied any involvement, asserting that the allegations against her are baseless.

Kenishaa's Statement

Kenishaa clarified her relationship with Ravi, stating that their interaction was purely professional and that she had no role in his marital issues. Addressing the rumors, she explained:

"Ravi approached me as he didn't want anyone in Chennai to know about his situation. Our first meeting revolved around work, and I even congratulated him for fondly speaking about his family."

Kenishaa also addressed a specific incident that fueled speculation: a traffic violation in Goa involving Ravi's car. Reports suggested Aarti discovered Ravi's alleged connection with Kenishaa after the fine was issued in her name.

"Ravi drove from Chennai to Goa on his own and was exhausted when he arrived. He couldn't find my healing center, so my friend and I drove to meet him at a central location. I offered to drive him to the center, and my license was handed over for verification. The challan was issued in my name because of this, but it's possible Ravi was fined for overspeeding elsewhere. That's not my responsibility."
