Is Shahid Kapoor-Kriti Sanon's 'TBMAUJ' Too Hot To Handle? CBFC Cuts Sex Scene By 25%
As the countdown for the release of Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' has started, it has emerged that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has reduced a sex act by 25 per cent, Bollywood Hungama reported.
As per the report, 9 seconds of the mentioned scene have been edited. In simpler terms, the 36-second-long intimate scene has been reduced to 27 seconds.

'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' has also undergone an audio modification. The term 'Daru' has been substituted with 'Drink' in the latter part of the movie. Lastly, the Examining Committee urged the creators to include the anti-smoking static message in larger and more legible Hindi fonts.
Following the changes, the movie was cleared by the CBFC board with a U/A certificate. Going by the censor certificate, the runtime of 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' is 143.15 minutes, (2 hours, 23 minutes, and 15 seconds).
Apart from Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, the movie has Dimple Kapadia, Dharmendra, Rakesh Bedi and Rajesh Kumar.
Directed by debutant director duo Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the story revolves around a youthful and charismatic gentleman who develops deep affection for an enchanting and quick-witted woman, only to discover subsequently that she is, in fact, an android robot.
The Hindi movie is releasing on February 9.
