Pushkar Jog appears almost unrecognisable in the Human Cocaine trailer, shown as a captive caught within an inescapable web. Ishita Raj, usually seen in light and romantic roles, steps into a dark, gritty persona for the first time, sharing the same captivity and adding emotional weight that sharpens the tension between both characters.

Siddhant Kapoor stands out with an unconventional look, wearing a black mini dress that adds mystery to the character’s presence. Veteran Zakir Hussain is presented in a frightening and authoritative role, with a menacing energy that lingers. Together with a group of British actors, the cast gives the film a sharp international flavour.

Speaking about the film, Pushkar Jog said, "Human Cocaine pushed me as an actor and as a person. The character is trapped in circumstances beyond his control and that helplessness, that fear, that anger stayed with me even after the camera stopped rolling. This is one of the most intense projects I have been a part of."

Writer and director Sarim Momin said, "Human Cocaine is a reflection of a frightening reality that exists around us. It is not meant to be comfortable or easy to watch.
