Housefull 5 OTT Release: Akshay Kumar-Starrer to Stream on This Platform from August 1

Housefull 5, the latest addition to the popular comedy franchise, will be available for streaming on Prime Video starting August 1, 2025. Subscribers can watch both versions of the film, Housefull 5A and Housefull 5B, which feature different climaxes. The movie was initially released in theatres on June 6, 2025, and is directed by Tarun Mansukhani.

The film features a star-studded cast including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Dino Morea, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Chitrangada Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Soundarya Sharma, Chunky Pandey, Nikitin Dheer and Johnny Lever. Plot and Setting

Set aboard a luxurious cruise ship, the plot revolves around several imposters competing for a deceased billionaire's fortune. As they chase after this wealth, three men find themselves caught up in a series of murders. They become prime suspects while masquerading as others in this dangerous game.

As of July 3rd 2025 Housefull 5 had grossed Rs. 190.88 crore domestically with an additional Rs. 46.76 crore from international markets bringing its worldwide total to Rs. 237.64 crore despite receiving an average verdict from Box Office India.

Streaming Availability

The OTT release on Prime Video allows more people to enjoy Housefull 5 especially those who missed it in theatres or couldn't rent it earlier. Starting August subscribers can stream either version of this comedy thriller without any additional cost but with ads included.
