FM Nirmala Sitharaman, Musician Anirudh Offer Prayers In Tirupati - Watch

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and top musician Anirudh Ravichander were the noted public figures who offered prayers separately at Lord Venkateshwara Temple in Tirumala in Tirupati.

Nirmala Sitharaman, accompanied by family members, reached the hill town of Tirumala on Thursday evening. On his arrival at Sri Gayathri Rest House, he was accorded a warm reception by TTD Addl EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary.

The Union Minister offered prayers to the Lord on Friday morning. CVSO Sri Muralikrishna, Reception DyEO Sri Bhaskar, OSD Sri and others were present.

On the other hand, Anirudh Ravichander participated in the 'Abhishek Seva' early this morning and offered his prayers to Lord Venkateswara. Following the rituals, temple priests offered him Vedic blessings, and the temple authorities presented him with 'Theertha Prasadam'.

Nitin Gadkari, Union Road Transport Minister, offered prayers at Tirumala in the first week of August, accompanied by his wife Kanchan Gadkari and AP ministers.
