Internet is abuzz with a picture claiming that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan hugged her one-time boyfriend Salman Khan. It was claimed that they bumped into each other at a Diwali party organised by designer Manish Malhotra.

It was all started after a video and pictures showed Salman Khan hugging a woman, who wore a red dress. Although the face of the said woman was not visible, people on social media speculated that it was Aishwarya and Salman, who hugged at the Diwali bash, thereby patching up nearly after two decades.

However, the truth is it is not Aishwarya Rai but Sooraj Pancholi's sister Sana Pancholi who hugged the 'Dabangg' star, according to a report in News18.

For unversed, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai were in a relationship after working in 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam', but they had a bitter split in the early 2000s.

However, Aishwarya has moved on and married Abhishek Bachchan. On the other hand, Salman was linked up with Katrina Kaif and Iulia Vantur.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is ready for the release of his next biggie - 'Tiger 3'. The movie, which has Emraan Hashmi and Katrina Kaif in the leads, is directed by Maneesh Sharma. The film will hit the screens this Friday.

Whereas Aishwarya Rai was last seen in Mani Ratnam's Tamil film 'Ponniyin Selvan'.
