The letter contains a detailed Christmas greeting from Sukesh to Fernandez. “Wish you a Merry Christmas Baby, this is that festival which always reminds me of only the special moments and thoughtful experiences with you and the crazy love I have for you, which is always truly memorable,” Sukesh wrote in the letter.

He then refers to the construction of the house and claims it matches earlier promises. “Yes my love, the same house which I made for you and for us, which you thought would not be completed,” Sukesh further says, adding “Baby, I am proud to say that I completed the house for you and will give it to you today on this Christmas day. Baby, it's bigger and better than what was previously planned by us.”

The letter also highlights the claimed scale of the property’s facilities. Sukesh states there is a private course around the house. “Baby, it's one of a kind in the whole of America. I am sure, on a lighter note, our Love Nest would even envy our Brother DT (Donald Trump) in comparison to his Mar-a-Lago,” he wrote.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) investigation continues alongside these letters. The agency has named Jacqueline Fernandez as a co-accused in a money laundering case linked to Sukesh. According to the ED, Fernandez accepted luxury gifts from Sukesh despite allegedly knowing about the criminal background attached to the money involved.

The ED’s case file lists several items, including high-value goods and vehicles. The total value is estimated at Rs 7 crore. Fernandez has rejected the allegations and has maintained that there was no awareness of any criminal history when the gifts were received, or of the source of funds supporting Sukesh’s spending.

While Sukesh continues to send highly personal letters and describe expensive gifts, investigators focus on the money trail behind the association. Fernandez, named as co-accused, contests the ED’s stand and has challenged the ongoing public attention to these letters through court action, as the criminal and financial proceedings remain active.
