CCL 2025 New Schedule: The much-anticipated 2025 Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) is gearing up for its 11th season, promising a star-studded spectacle as film stars take to the cricket pitch. Initially set to start on January 31 in Hyderabad, the organizers have now made changes to the schedule.

The tournament will kick off on February 8 (Saturday) in Bengaluru and run until March 2. In the inaugural match, Chennai Rhinos will take on Bengal Tigers. The same evening Karnataka Bulldozers will clash with Telugu Warriors.

The opening day in Bengaluru will feature two matches, with teams like the Karnataka Bulldozers, Chennai Rhinos, Bengal Tigers, and Telugu Warriors in action. Unlike the earlier plan, Bengaluru will host only two matches instead of two days of cricket, and the home team, Karnataka Bulldozers, will play just one match on the inaugural day.

The following day, February 9, the remaining teams - Mumbai Heroes, Kerala Strikers, Bhojpuri Dabanggs, and Punjab De Sher - will play in Delhi. The action continues next weekend (February 14-15) in Hyderabad, with five teams and four matches scheduled. Cuttack will host matches on February 16, while Surat will be the venue for the final weekend of group-stage games.

The semi-finals and final will take place on March 1 and 2, although the venues are yet to be finalized. While Vizag was the initial choice, rumours suggest the final leg may shift to Mumbai, with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, the icon player for the Mumbai Heroes, expected to make an appearance.
