'Bramayugam' 1st Day Box Office Collection: Mammootty's Film Off To Good Opening, Reviews

Mammootty is back with a bang. His latest movie 'Bramayugam' has garnered highly positive reviews from the critics and the audience. Also, the Malayalam flick has got a good opening at the box office.

The Malayalam film, screened across more than 200 theaters in Kerala, attained an overall occupancy rate of 37.67% during its morning and afternoon shows.

Morning screenings reported an estimated 41.44% occupancy, while the afternoon shows saw a slightly lower occupancy of 33.89%.

Analyzing regional trends, the movie achieved impressive occupancy rates of 79.50% in Kottayam, 56.5% in Kochi, and 52% in Kozhikode. Notably, it boasted the highest number of screenings (128 shows) in Kochi among all theaters in Kerala.

In Bengaluru, out of a total of 156 shows, the film secured a 17.50% occupancy rate.

'Bramayugam' is a horror thriller, directed by Rahul Sadasivan. The movie had Arjun Ashokan, Sidharth Bharathan and others in the cast.
