Box Office Collection Of Animal Movie On Day 1: Ranbir Kapoor's Gangster Drama Collects Rs 61 Crore
The film 'Animal,' starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, has taken the box office by storm, amassing a staggering Rs 60 crore on its opening day, December 1. This exceptional achievement marks a career-defining moment for both Kapoor and Mandanna, surpassing their respective opening day records.
Released simultaneously in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada, 'Animal' has garnered an impressive Rs 50.50 crore from the Hindi version alone, with an additional Rs 10 crore from the Telugu version and Rs 50 lakhs from other languages.

Kapoor's previous films, 'Brahmastra' and 'Sanju,' had collected Rs 36 crore and Rs 34.75 crore, respectively, on their opening days. However, 'Animal' has surpassed these figures, earning a remarkable Rs 50 crore solely from its Hindi version, much to the delight of Kapoor's ardent fan base.
The film's international release has further expanded its reach, promising to significantly boost its global box office performance. While the film has received positive reviews, it has also faced criticism for its perceived excessive violence, leading to an A certificate from the censors. Additionally, the film's length of 3 hours and 21 minutes has been a topic of discussion among audiences.
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for his intense and gripping films like 'Arjun Reddy' and 'Kabir Singh,' 'Animal' stars Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles. With its stellar opening day collection and promising international release, 'Animal' is poised for a blockbuster run, cementing its place among the biggest hits of the year.
