Bigg Boss 18 Contestants List: Who Is the Highest-Paid Star This Season?

Dheeraj Dhoopar, renowned for his roles in popular TV shows like Sasural Simar Ka and Kumkum Bhagya, has finally agreed to join Bigg Boss 18. Despite being approached multiple times over the years, this is the first time he has confirmed his participation.

Rumors suggest that Dheeraj could become the highest-paid contestant in Bigg Boss history. Reports indicate he has been offered a staggering ₹5 crore for his stint on the show. This amount significantly exceeds the show's winning prize, which is speculated to be around ₹50 lakh. According to ET, Dheeraj's earnings from Bigg Boss could be 900% higher than the winning amount.

In addition to Dheeraj, Bigg Boss 18 is expected to feature other notable contestants including Sunil Kumar, known for his role in Stree 2, Kashish Kapoor and Digvijay Singh Rathee, finalists from Splitsvilla X15, and Zaan Khan, a former Splitsvilla contestant and TV actor recognized for Hamari Bahu Silk and Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye.

There are also speculations that Nia Sharma might join this season, which would require her to leave her current show, Laughter Chefs, where she stars alongside Sudesh Lehri. The Colors TV show, initially slated to end in October, has been extended due to its strong viewership and TRPs.

Bigg Boss 18 will debut on October 5 on Jio Cinema and Colors TV, with the theme "Time Ka Taandav."
