Bazooka Advance Booking: The advance booking of tickets for Mammootty's upcoming movie Bazooka has started with a bang. The online ticket bookings for the much-hyped movie kicked off on Book My Show and commenced on Monday.
Advance Booking Begins In Kochi, Trivandrum

The Malayalam movie is releasing on April 10. Going by Book My Show, Dreams: Attingal and Chhotu Maharaj Cine Cafe in Poovar in Trivandrum are the first two theatres to open the advance booking. In Kochi, My Cinemas Red Carpet in Kariyad has started the online booking.
The movie is hitting at a time when superstar Mohanlal's L2: Empuraan has set the box office on fire. However, the prebooking of tickets is yet to start in Chennai, Bengaluru and other major cities in the country.
Interesting Story
Directed by Deeno Dennis, the movie promises a gripping blend of action and psychological drama. Backed by Yoodlee Films and Theatre of Dreams, the film stars Mammootty as the enigmatic "Mr. Nobody" and filmmaker-actor Gautham Vasudev Menon as ACP Benjamin Joshua IPS.
The story revolves around a calculated operation where a police officer and a businessman collaborate to trap a serial killer through psychological strategies and planned maneuvers. The journey of Bazooka began in 2018 when Deeno Dennis penned an early version of the story. Although that initial project didn't take off, encouragement from Mammootty led him to rework the concept into a fresh script - ultimately giving birth to Bazooka.
Filming kicked off in May 2024, with major sequences shot in Kochi. Production wrapped by October, and the film boasts a strong technical crew including cinematographer Nimish Ravi, music composer Saeed Abbas, and editors Praveen Prabhakar and Nishadh Yusuf. With high expectations riding on it and Mammootty in top form, Bazooka is shaping up to be a must-watch summer release.
Will the movie strike gold like Mohanlal's Empuraan? Only time will answer.
