Things take a comedic twist when her doctor reveals she is pregnant with twins, but each baby has a different father-a rare condition called heteropaternal superfecundation, where two eggs are fertilized by sperm from two different men. This revelation ignites a humorous rivalry between Akhil and Gurbir, as both men vie for Saloni's affection.
