The source in the report stated, "Two days post her fall, Aishwarya continued with her costume fittings. She made a special request for a spacious venue to prevent any additional injuries. Her commitment was highly praised by the brand involved."

According to her doctors, surgery was an option once the swelling reduced. They allowed her to travel to Cannes, anticipating she would need a splint for about a month, followed by physiotherapy to restore her strength.
