Actress Megha Akash has got engaged to Saai Vishnu, the younger son of Congress ex-MP Thirunavukkarasar on Friday.

The actress has formally announced the news by sharing the photos from the event. She captioned the pics: Vish came true ♥️ To love , laughter and our happily ever after 🥂 Engaged to the love of my life."

For the occasion, Megha Akash wore a beige silk saree with a maroon blouse featuring gold detailing, complemented by traditional temple jewelry. She kept her hairstyle simple and her makeup minimal. Saai Vishnu opted for a classic silk shirt and dhoti combination.

29-year-old Megha Akash made her acting debut in 2017 with the Telugu film 'Lie', followed by her Tamil debut in 2019 with 'Petta', starring Tamil superstar Rajinikanth. That same year, she ventured into Hindi cinema with 'Satellite Shankar'. In 2021, she appeared in 'Raja Raja Chora' and 'Dear Megha'.
