The Ganesh Visarjan, or immersion of the Ganesh idol, will take place on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. The recommended time to avoid moon sighting for the immersion is:
- On the Previous Day: 03:01 PM to 08:42 PM, September 6
- On the Day of Immersion: 09:37 AM to 09:15 PM
Additionally, Tamil Nadu government employees will receive another holiday this month on September 16 for Milad-un-Nabi.
